The following by-laws were voted on and passed.

Change the payout for both state and Team Championship from 70% to 90%

Team championship in the fall each year

- 330 dollar entry fee

- Hosting club receives 30.00 from

each entry for working the event

New members must be in the federation for 10 years before they can run for office beginning 2009.

Entries for the State Tournament are due in hand no later than April 7^th.
